How quickly will you respond to a staff request?
For urgent and day-to-day cover we work to a 15-minute callback, so you know quickly whether the role can be filled. For long-term and permanent roles we will come back to you the same working day wherever possible.
Do I have to commit to anything by submitting this form?
No. The form simply tells us what you need so we can check availability and call you back with something useful rather than asking the same questions over again.
What checks will the staff you send have?
All our staff are DBS checked. We also obtain employment references together with student or voluntary references covering at least the three years prior to placement, and you receive written confirmation of those checks for your single central record.
Can you cover emergency absence on the same day?
We keep a pool of staff available on call for day-to-day cover. Same-day placement depends on availability, but the 15-minute callback means you will know quickly either way rather than waiting.
Which areas do you cover?
London, Essex and the surrounding area, including the Home Counties border towns. If you are not sure whether we cover your location, ask — we would rather tell you straight away.
Do you supply permanent staff as well as supply cover?
Yes. We cover daily supply and emergency cover, long-term placements that often run a full academic year, and permanent recruitment.
