Permanent vacancies
If you are looking for a candidate for a permanent role, once you are registered with us we will advertise your role on major job boards and our site, and actively look for CVs. We send you CVs of our candidates who have already been screened and had their documents verified. We will arrange interviews with the shortlisted candidates and, once an offer is made, our agency will confirm the start date and collect references on your behalf.
Temporary vacancies

Emergencies cannot be helped, and here at Quint Education we understand that. That’s why we have a pool of staff working with us daily, ready to be on call. Online Timesheets
At Quint Education we are proud of our online timesheet system. We like to support eco-friendly ways of working, and by moving to this style of timesheet system, we not only reduce the amount of paper we use, but we also give our candidates and clients more control over the process. At any time – day or night – timesheets can be completed and verified online or checked to confirm the status. It is also great news for those who are not great with record keeping because all your past timesheets are kept in simple, easy to access folders, meaning that you can check your account history at any time. We now use an online portal that is quick, efficient, and reliable.
How it works
When you start using our service and request staff from the agency, we will email you your unique login details. Please save them so you can continue to log in in future.
