Permanent and Temporary Registration Procedure
If you are looking for a permanent place of employment, we are constantly helping our clients secure the best candidates to fit their criteria.
Permanent roles mean you never work through the agency, but our agency will help you secure the permanent position.
Permanent Recruitment Process
From your first application through to accepting an offer, our team supports you at every stage of the recruitment process.
Apply for a role
Apply for one of our current vacancies through the website, or send your details using our contact form so the team can review your experience and the type of role you are looking for.
Consultant screening call
One of our friendly consultants will call you to discuss your work history, qualifications, availability and career goals in an initial telephone interview.
Send your documents
If the screening call is successful, we will invite you to complete our online registration forms and provide proof of identity, qualifications and any other required compliance documents.
Checks and shortlisting
Once your details and documents have been verified, we will send your CV to the relevant client. If they are interested, you will be shortlisted for an interview.
Interview and trial
We will email the interview details to you and the client. Where a trial shift or follow-up meeting is needed, we will coordinate the arrangements and confirm everything with both parties.
Offer and start date
If the client offers you the role, we will contact you with the good news, agree a suitable start date and help complete any outstanding references or final checks.
Ongoing support if the role is not right
If you are unsuccessful or decide not to accept an offer, we will talk through your feedback, help you prepare for future interviews and continue matching you with roles that better suit your experience, preferences and career goals.

What is the temporary recruitment procedure?
Send your CV or register online
Simply send a CV to us directly or fill in our registration contact form online.
Telephone screening
One of our friendly consultants will give you a call back and go through a short screening telephone interview.
Provide your documents
If you pass the telephone interview, we will invite you to send over proof of documentation online via our quick and easy online forms.
Verification and compliance
Once we have verified who you are and your documentation, we then move on to our compliance process.
References, DBS and video meeting
Compliance will consist of gaining your previous references, gaining a DBS or using an existing DBS that is on the update service. We complete a video call to go through the work expectations and assess your level of professionalism.
Confirm your availability
Once compliance is complete, someone from our team will notify you and ask for your availability so we can put you on our diary for temporary shifts.
Work flexibly
You can work flexibly as and when you are available, which is ideal for anyone who cannot commit to a role now but would still like to work with children.
We no longer conduct face-to-face interviews. All interviews are completed through online video calls, including WhatsApp.
Are you looking for work within a nursery?
We have a variety of roles available within day nurseries, nursery schools and children’s centres for different levels of early years staff. You will work as part of a team and support activities based around the EYFS curriculum.
