Salary: Up to £31,688 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality EYFS education.
• Ensure a safe, engaging, and resource-rich environment for all children.
• Maintain accurate developmental records and learning journals.
• Build strong, professional relationships with parents and carers.
• Mentor staff and identify training needs alongside the management team.

Requirements (Person Specification)

• Qualification: Level 3 in Childcare or higher (EY Degree, QTS, PGCE, or NNEB).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Room Leader is highly desirable.
• Knowledge: Expert understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding regulations.
• Skills: Strong leadership and fluent English communication skills.
