• Salary: From £40,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Nursery Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations , manage staff deployment to maintain legal ratios , and conduct regular performance reviews and supervisions.
• Compliance & Quality: Model and monitor best practices in accordance with EYFS statutory guidelines , health and safety risk assessments , and Ofsted regulations.
• Occupancy & Growth: Conduct confident nursery tours for prospective families to maximize occupancy and build a strong local presence.
• Safeguarding: Act as a primary key holder and enforce robust safeguarding policies to protect children, staff, and families.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualifications: Must hold a full and relevant Early Years Level 3 Childcare Qualification or higher (e.g., Level 5, EYITT, or Degree).
• Experience: Proven track record in a Childcare Management role, running a nursery setting, and leading a team.
• Skills: Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework , excellent organizational abilities , and strong communication skills.
