Job Title: Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioner (Flexible / Bank Staff) – Surrey

Salary: £14.50 – £17.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Location: Surrey (Epsom, Farnham, Guildford, Kingston upon Thames, Lightwater, Walton-on-Thames, Burpham, Camberley, Chertsey, Dorking, Epsom, Esher, Farnham, Godalming, Haslemere, Reigate, Staines, Thames Ditton, Cobham, Woking, Weybridge, Dorking, Caterham & Redhill)

Hours: Flexible full-time/part-time shifts available (e.g., 8am to 5:30pm, 8:30am to 5:30pm, 9am to 6pm, 8am to 6pm & lunch cover 11am to 3pm or 10am to 2pm)

We are currently recruiting qualified educators to support four premier nursery chain groups across Surrey. Due to rapidly growing enrolment, we have ongoing daily cover opportunities across top-tier early years settings.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5 in line with EYFS standards.

Create a safe, dynamic, and nurturing environment for child development.

Assist nursery teams with daily routines, structured play, and educational activities.

Maintain clear communication with staff to ensure continuous quality care.

Key Requirements

Qualification: CACHE / NVQ Level 2  or higher in Early Years / Childcare (Essential).

Experience: Minimum of 6 months’ nursery experience within the UK.

Clearances: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) and full Right to Work in the UK.

Passion: Deep commitment to early childhood development and high standards of safety.
