Location: Blackheath, South East London
Hours: 35 hours/week (4 days, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM + 1 fixed weekday off!)
Qualification: Level 3 preferred (suitable Level 2 considered)
Salary: Starting Salary Between £13ph (Level 2) £14ph for Level 3 (Depending on Exp)

Our private nursery in beautiful Blackheath is looking for two caring, nurturing, and confident Early Years Practitioners to join our dedicated Baby Room team (caring for little ones aged 9 to 18 months).
What You’ll Do:
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for babies during critical early developmental stages.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with babies and their parents/carers.
- Support daily care, sensory play, and early learning routines with patience and enthusiasm.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: Ideally Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare (Level 2 considered for the right candidate).
- Experience: Previous experience working with babies/under-2s is highly desirable.
- Key Traits: Warmth, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for early years education.
