• Hours: 40 hours per week, Full-Time
• Salary: From £36,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• People Management: Supervise and delegate tasks effectively , resolve any staff or parent complaints efficiently , and manage legal staff-to-child ratios.
• Business Growth: Lead nursery tours for new parents , handle the registration process , and work towards specific performance targets.
• Community Engagement: Actively deliver staff meetings, internal training sessions , and participate in local marketing events.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to childcare regulations, health and safety protocols , and mandatory safeguarding training.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualifications: Must hold a full and relevant Early Years Level 3 Childcare Qualification or higher.
• Experience: Prior experience in a senior leadership or management capacity within a nursery setting.
• Skills: High-standard customer service skills , strong attention to detail , and deep knowledge of Ofsted inspection frameworks.
