Role Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Requirements:
- A level 3 qualified candidate in childcare or above. (Early years degree, QTS, PGCE, NNEB)
- Has experience working with the children aged 6 months to 5years
- Have strong EYFS knowledge and be able to implement in all activities
- Have strong verbal and writing communication skills

About Setting:
Established in July 2021 in the London Borough of Camden, this independent nursery offers a boutique feel, free from the constraints of a larger chain. The setting is located on the third floor of a stylish, modern building and operates from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, for most of the year.
Facilities & Layout The nursery features spacious, light-filled rooms, each equipped with its own dedicated changing and toilet facilities at the rear. The unique layout includes interconnecting doors between all rooms, fostering a collaborative environment where children can play and explore the outdoor areas together.
Nutrition Pride themselves on their on-site catering; a dedicated chef prepares fresh meals in their separate kitchen, which are also available for staff at lunchtime.
Duties
- Plan, prepare, and deliver educational sessions tailored to the needs of learners across various age groups and abilities.
- Assess individual learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Develop innovative teaching materials and resources to enhance engagement and understanding.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and motivating classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external organisations to coordinate programmes and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and programme outcomes in accordance with organisational policies.
- Stay informed about current educational trends, methodologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure programme relevance and compliance.

Person Specification
