Ingredients are:
- 4 medium tortillas
- whole wheat
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt,
- plain1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 tablespoon orange juice

- 1/4 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup kiwi
- 1/4 cup mandarin oranges canned in juice
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup grapes, green
Methods
- Use a small cookie cutter or drinking glass to cut circles from the tortillas. Set them aside.
- Thoroughly blend yoghurt, honey, vanilla, and orange juice in a small mixing bowl.
- Slice the strawberries, peel and slice the kiwi, drain the oranges and slice them into smaller pieces, and quarter the blackberries and grapes.
- Spread the yoghurt mixture onto the tortillas, then top them with the sliced fruit.
