Nursery Practitioner – West Hampstead / Finchley Road

The client: The nursery is located in West Hampstead and they have a brilliant opportunity for a qualified nursery practitioner.

The Nursery are looking for a qualified member of staff who has a Level 3 and has solid experience of working in the baby room in a setting. This role is for 40 hours per week.

The successful candidate must have:

• Prior experience in working in a baby room in a nursery.

• In addition to this the successful nursery practitioner must have a minimum of level 3 NVQ in childcare and be a reliable and punctual individual.

• DBS or willing to complete a DBS check before they begin employment

But most importantly the successful nursery practitioner must have a passion for working with children and contributing to their Early years development.

The setting is a warm, friendly setting and the managers like staff to feel like they are at a “home from home” when they go to work. They are offering a welcome bonus after the candidate’s successful probation, staff lunches and lots of progression opportunities. The setting is open most of the year, but closes for 3 weeks in the summer, a week at Christmas and during any Jewish Holidays, so lots of well – deserved breaks.
