Summary:

We are looking for permanent staff who are fully motivated to support our team and deliver a high standard of care for our children. This is a very good opportunity for practitioners with a NNEB or NVQ’s of a Level 3 standard to get involved and help to make our nurseries operate smoother, ideally you must be someone who is
hardworking, has a positive mentality and is flexible.


A bit about the role 

Our client acknowledges and appreciates your passion to work in early years based on your desire to help
children develop, grow and learn. We want you to be warm, friendly and able to thrive within the early years
sector providing excellent communication and caring skills.

Although our client understands that we are obliged to follow the nurseries unique model, we encourage you to have the freedom to be creative and adjust to best suit the children to get the best results at the nursery.

Our clients nursery is a warm family type environment and is a team full of helpful staff and management which enables the nursery to operate in the most efficient way possible.

Qualifications:

• Level 3 CACHE or NVQ in Childcare or equivalent
• Experience of working with children in an early year setting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
• The right to work in the UK
• An ability to safeguard and protect children
• To be positive, adaptable and friendly
