After School Club Manager

Salary: £8,398.70 

Location: West Drayton  

Working 5 days a week: Between the hours of 3pm – 6pm 

Required: Childcare Qualification- L3 childcare or Teaching Qualifications. This is essential and we cannot compromise on the qualification. 

This Manager role is working Monday to Friday shifts between the hours of 3pm 6pm. Your job will be varied and fun. You will be playing sports with children, engaging in arts and crafts. Preparing snacks and looking after children between the ages from 3 to 12 years old. Plus, liaising with parents and supporting necessary paperwork. 

This role is ideal for a qualified teacher or experienced nursery practitioner that would like to have variety in their day and the opportunity to really have fun with children, but still have a hands-on management duties. It is also idea for qualified candidates that would like more of a work/life balance and part time hours.

• Look after children 
• Manage a team of 2 – 5 staff daily per shift 

• Supervise and ensure all play and activity is fun and engaging 
• Ensure children are safe and happy 
• Support children’s art and craft work 
• Prepare snacks for the children where necessary 
• Speak to parents when children are collected 

• Complete required paperwork 
• Promoting safeguarding and wellbeing 
• Ensure the site is Ofsted compliant

Job Types: Term Time Contract  

Hours: 17hours per week
