Pay: £25,000 to £29,500 per annum (Depending on experience)

Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Organisation:

This North London nursery group operates in two settings within the Wood Green and Tottenham areas. Both sites are characterized by a welcoming, familial atmosphere designed to put children at ease. Their pedagogical approach places engaging learning at the forefront, dedicated to fostering development through a thoughtful combination of structured education and creative play.

The Role & Brief Description Of Duties:

• Supporting children in their play, planning for children and tracking development against the EYFS;
• Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the room and fulfilling the personal care needs of the children; and
• Work within the regulatory requirements, policies and procedures.
• A commitment to working in partnership with parents
• Experience of working with the EYFS and the ability to hit the ground running
• A can-do and enthusiastic attitude
• Experience of planning, observing and recording children’s achievements
• Proven skills in positive behaviour management
• Excellent spoken and written English

What We Are Looking For:

• A level 3 qualified candidate in childcare or above. (Early years degree, QTS, PGCE, NNEB)
• Has experience working with the children aged 6 months to 5years
• Have strong EYFS knowledge and be able to implement in all activities
• Have strong verbal and writing communication skills

Other Requirements:

Must be a level 3 in childcare or above
