Nursery Educator – St Albans

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Nursery Educators to join our team at a friendly nursery in St Albans. Ww have Full Time and & Part Time job opportunities available and a very competitive salary. This Day Nursery is an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ (2018) independent Day Nursery established for 31 years.

What You’ll Do:

Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment based on the EYFS curriculum.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to nurture and educate children aged 6 months to 5 years.

Plan and deliver fun and age-appropriate activities that promote all areas of development.

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and guardians.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Who You Are:

Hold a Level 2 or above qualification in childcare (e.g., NNEB, Degree, QTS, EYPS, EYTS).

Possess at least 1 year of experience as a Nursery Educator (preferred).

Demonstrate a positive “can-do” attitude and a professional demeanour.

Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.

Be passionate about early years education and child development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

£21,415.68 per annum 4 day week Unqualified

£22,464 per annum 4 day week Qualified

£26,769.60 per annum 5 day week Unqualified

£28,080.00 per annum 5 day week Qualified

22.5-28 days holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays
